Hi there! Misty here, with my new friend Sparks! This excitable little dragon would like to welcome everyone to an amazing 2017, and, for all our new members, to the Hangout!
Sparks is the first dragon Elemental found on Misty n' Friends. Specifically, he is a Fire elemental. What's an elemental, you say?

This is a Newbie sale! So anyone with 5 pets or fewer can enter. :3
If this is your first time, all you have to do to adopt is;
1. Fill out this form:

Name of Owner: (username)
Payment: 20 Dirshe (you can earn this by posting! You earn 10 Dirshe for every post you make.)
Prompt- What five words describe this dragon's personality?
Bonus points - Do you have a new years resolution? You can share it with us for bonus points!
2. Post your form below.
That'll earn you 10 Dirshe, by the way!
3. I will judge the contest.
The winner, in this case (the prompt varies), will be determined based on the personality words you choose. Usually I'm looking for creativity, so have fun coming up with a character for this little guy. ^^
4. I will send the winner the adopt codes!
MnF pets are unique, so only one person can win the pet. If that person is you, congrats! You've found your first pet on MnF! I'll send you the codes so you can share him around the forums (bbc and html codes).

Sparks is the first dragon Elemental found on Misty n' Friends. Specifically, he is a Fire elemental. What's an elemental, you say?
Elemental are a type of pet found on MnF! Elementals are born (or sometimes become) tied with a certain element, which allows them to "tame" it to a certain degree. They have both the weaknesses and strengths of their element (which does not necessarily effect their personality), can shift into it, and can control it. They cannot create their element; they have to rely on it already being around to a certain extent for them to shift into/tame it. It looks like Sparks might have borrowed Meesh's firework poppers.
Unlike Mutants and Simples, the element is rarely inherited. If inherited the element almost always depends on the parent(s), but Elementals can appear because of outside events that may effect the creature (i.e. and accident).
There are several ways to tell if your pet is an elemental;
- They shift into their element via an animation
- They are controlling their element via an animation
- They are controlling their element via a special pose (not animated) - This is how you can tell Sparks is an elemental!
