Hello, Misty here. I have good news to share with you all. A few weeks ago, just passed three o’clock, I managed to rescue Meesh from the Homework Pirates. For the past three months or so she’s been wrapped up in their shenanigans, and I’ve been following them amidst these treacherous waves. While Meesh was learning about the importance of Vitamin C I was suffering from a lack thereof. And by vitamin C, I mean Cookies of course.
Misty, you were given plenty of cookies.
Yes, and as you may understand, I've been busy with hot coco and singing and Christmas-tree-sniffing...and so I haven't shared much on the Hangout aside from a rushed "Merry Christmas". But, I will say this: Me, Bear, Lucy and Timko gleefully woke Meesh up at 4 am, with mug-fulls of hot coco and Christmas lights tangled up down the hall. We spent most of the morning dancing around the Christmas tree in Meesh’s fuzzy socks.
Where are Liza and Locke, you ask? Well, Liza is curled up with her family in a hole in the ground, probably dreaming of the first green leaves of spring. We said bye to Locke in October, when the rivers just started to get too chilly. He’s probably with his sister, mom and dad in a lake in the middle of no-where, celebrating new years with the fish. I miss them, but the rest of us who don’t hibernate or migrate have discovered a fairly good stand-in.
We made snow-buddies!
They’re not as talkative, though.
But they are quite nice. So, if you miss your friends during these holidays, maybe you could make snowbuddies?
