Karma is just basically a measure of how good you are. You get karma cookies when you're good, it's your birthday, or when people just feel like it. They don't really do anything. xP

Dirshe is money. You can spend it in the Lunaryk board game when it starts. You should go check it out.

Cookies are used to summon pups, when you get three. You can buy them (I think XD), win them in contests, get them when it's your birthday, or when you're new.
