Hi there!
Misty here. How is your summer going? Mine has been quite the adventure! I've traveled with Meesh, been stuffed in a suitcase with oatmeal cookies and socks, baked (and eaten) a significant number of cookies, oh, and have made lots of friends! I met Winnie the Pooh and his buddies back in New York. They were stuck in a glass box in the library, but that was just the other end of a magic portal to the Hundred Acre Wood. That night I went back to visit them, and we had lots of fun playing hide and seek!
But I also spent more time with my other buddies, Liza, Bear, Lucy, Locke, and Timko. Oh! And we can't forget Melod Anariel!

She used to have an owner, but now he is off to college, so she's been feeling a bit lonely.
Really, I didn't realize how lonely she was until last week. I was helping Amma in the garden...well, I wasn't really being super helpful. Because she asked me to water the flowers, but I got distracted playing with the dragonflies. They are so funny! So I was chasing them, and just as I was about to catch one, a GIANT dragonfly ran into me! Oof!
Once I shook off the surprise, I grinned and yipped, "Hey Melod!"
My tail was wagging really fast, and I was really excited to see her, so I told her aaaall about my summer adventures. But then, when I expected Melod to laugh at my being used as a pillow on a road trip, she sniffled instead.
"Melod, what's the matter?"
"I've had no one to play with me ever since summer started. Even you've been gone, Misty!" She whimpered.
Poor Melod! I decided right then and there to help her cheer up and enjoy the last days of the summer, but then Amma called me again. I forgot about the plants! Heh, so I'm in a bit of a dilemma...but, I have an idea!
We're going to have a water balloon fight!
HOW IT WORKS
Let the water balloon fight/doing our chores dutifully begin! To adopt, describe Melod (Anariel) in a paragraph, and throw a balloon to any one of us in the garden (any of the mascots and Melod).
This pet will be adopted via mini contest, with the winner being determined by the member who gives the best description (according to Meesh) of Melod's personality. In addition, bonus points will be given to baloons who hit their target! 50% chance for Oldbies, 75% chance for Newbies.
