You go to the location you want to put, then once your at the location you send Misty a letter (Not a PM) saying "The eagle has landed" or "The crow has found the shiny thing" (It depends on where you are). Then Misty puts the location.
How do you go to the topic you bookmarked?

You get a cookie, get a pixelization chamber (that'll cost you about seventy dirshe) and get pressurized Pixoleon gas tanks (about fifty-five dirshe per liter of stored pixoleon). Insert cookie into pixelization chamber and seal it, then let out the Pixoleon until the inside of the tank reads 5 psi. Do all this in a large, empty room with a bomb suit. Wait five minutes and then upload the cookies onto your comp and send it before they go bad.
